Service Opportunities
We are looking for people with a heart for camp and a devotion to Jesus Christ to join the River's Edge team. 
River's Edge has four categories where our Service Team Members can participate:


Full Time-Permanent

Lead Cook Position

Full time, year round position with River's Edge Camp and Conference Centre located 20 minutes north of Cochrane, Alberta on 300 acres in the Little Red Deer River valley. We service over 7000 guests annually from summer youth and family camps to corporate, school, community and church conferences.  We provide full buffet catered meal service with a value on providing for special diets and allergies.

Looking for an individual passionate about using culinary strengths in a Christian non-profit environment; creating quality food and beverage experiences for diverse guests. Strengths will involve high school diploma, willingness to learn the culinary arts from our Red Seal Chef, ability to work with and guide diverse staff and volunteers, and a mature Christian character with a strong work ethic. Volunteer

Have a heart for camp, but your life does not allow you to be in camp ministry full-time, you could consider exercising your love for camp by volunteering some of your time. We are always looking for devoted, skilled people to supplement our team at River's Edge. If you feel you have something to contribute to camp please give us a call and we would love to talk with you.
